Job summary

LETO Technology is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to support high-speed production environments in Australia. You will diagnose, resolve, and prevent issues across CIJ, TIJ, TTO, Laser, LPA, and LCM systems, with training provided to enhance your automation capabilities.

This role involves regular state-based and interstate travel, on-call duties, and weekend work aligned to customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service, industrial maintenance, or automation experience.
• Trade or tertiary qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
• Strong fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• High level of ownership, organization, and communication.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain CIJ, TIJ, TTO, Laser, LPA & LCM systems
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software faults
• Deliver first-time fix outcomes in fast-paced production environments
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities
• Train operators and maintenance teams on correct system use
• Accurately complete service reports, parts usage, and asset records within a Service CRM
• Manage and maintain motor vehicle stock, ensuring readiness and control of parts and tools
• Support customer improvements, upgrades, and reliability initiatives
• Work closely with internal teams
• Meet assigned KPIs across utilisation, service quality, and commercial contribution
