This role involves interstate travel and participation in a rotating on-call and weekend roster to support customers across Australia’s manufacturing sector.

What You’ll Do
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial coding and marking systems (CIJ, TIJ, TTO, Laser, LPA, LCM)
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, software, packaging systems, and consumables to ensure reliable operation and minimal downtime.
  • Perform structured, high-quality preventative maintenance to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
  • Deliver practical operator and maintenance training onsite, equipping customers with expert product knowledge in system operation and basic repair.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on product demonstrations and solution delivery.
  • Manage parts usage and maintain accurate service records.
  • Identify and deliver service opportunities while contributing to KPI achievement and overall business growth.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by delivering responsive, reliable, and high-quality service.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years’ experience in field service, automation, or industrial maintenance (required).
  • Trade or tertiary qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics (required).
  • Proven troubleshooting ability across mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
  • Familiarity with industrial printers or packaging line equipment (highly regarded).
  • Competency with technical diagrams, schematics, and service manuals.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel interstate as needed and work 2 weekends/month on a rotating roster.
  • Valid Australian Driver’s License.
Why Join LETO Technology
