Job summary

WesTrac is seeking a Field Service Supervisor for the Perth Precinct to own the customer care experience across service, repair and related queries in the assigned area. The role requires guiding a team, managing work orders and ensuring productivity while complying with Caterpillar standards and WesTrac policies.

It is a full-time, 9-month maternity cover with a 9 days on 5 days off roster, based at Perth Precinct. Strong communication, leadership and heavy machinery experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a field service team in a heavy equipment environment.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee work orders and deliver customer-focused service.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in high-risk settings.
