Job summary

WesTrac is seeking a recent graduate for a New Machine Sales Coordinator role in Perth. You’ll support high-value machine sales with commercial administration, pricing analysis and quoting, learning the full sales lifecycle.

You'll work in Sales Execution, coordinating orders from creation to delivery and invoicing, building cost estimates, maintaining pricing templates, and providing commercial data to enable accurate decisions across the business.

As a New Machine Sales Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting high-value machine sales by combining commercial administration, pricing analysis, and quoting support. Working within our Sales Execution team, you'll gain hands‑on exposure to the full lifecycle of Caterpillar machine sales while developing valuable skills in commercial operations, sales support, pricing, contract administration, and stakeholder management.

Roster – 5 Days, 8.5 Hrs/Day

This is a detail-intensive, process-driven position where accuracy, organisation and analytical thinking are essential. You'll help coordinate the delivery of new machine orders while also supporting the timely creation of quotations, pricing structures, and commercial documentation that enable our sales teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate new machine sales contracts from order creation through to delivery and final invoicing.
• Support customer quotes and tenders through pricing build-ups, cost estimates and commercial analysis.
• Maintain quote templates and pricing packages, ensuring accurate and up-to-date commercial data.
• Validate costs, margins, invoicing and asset data to support accurate business decisions.
• Partner with Product Managers and sales teams to support machine sales across multiple markets.
• Review contracts and pricing changes, resolving issues that impact profitability or customer outcomes.
• Manage multiple systems to ensure compliance, quality control and seamless order execution.

Skills & Experience:

• Recent graduate in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
