Job summary

WesTrac in Guildford, Western Australia, is seeking a Part Sales Coordinator for a 6-month secondment to join our Parts Sales team. In this customer-facing, phone-based role, you will identify machine parts, offer cost-effective delivery solutions, and process parts orders accurately to meet customer needs.

The role requires excellent customer service, parts knowledge, and strong admin skills across inventory and warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience within automotive or heavy industry.
• Parts identification experience or exposure to automotive, mining or heavy equipment industries.
• Ability to manage challenging customer situations with a solution-focused mindset.
• Strong administrative and system proficiency with high attention to detail across MF Office, inventory and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service by responding to phone and in-person inquiries.
• Accurately identify and source machine parts and coordinate timely delivery.
• Process parts orders and inquiries promptly with attention to inventory and warehouse systems.
• Resolve customer issues and support sales outcomes through problem-solving and collaboration with internal teams.
