Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Engineering (preferably Marine).
• Agility & drive: highly organized and adaptable, can manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRM and digital tools to manage pipeline, forecast, and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior and execute sales plans aligned with strategy and targets.
• Engage with internal customers and some external visits, maintaining a customer-centric approach and communicating value of products/services.
• Develop complex quotes reflecting customer needs and follow up to ensure understanding of value.
• Follow up on quotes to verify they match customer needs.
• Provide direct support during quotation process with advanced technical support (sizing & selection).
• Document all information from customer interactions regarding competitors, forecast, and other data for business development.
