Job summary

Motion Australia seeks a commercially driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our external sales team in Kemps Creek. You will build strong partnerships, drive sales and margin growth, and manage key accounts across Agriculture, Mining, Oil & Gas, and more.

This is a field-based role requiring ongoing stakeholder engagement and strategic account planning. You will travel 1–2 weeks per month, develop tailored plans, negotiate renewals, and identify cross-sell opportunities across Motion’s

Qualifications

• Experience managing key accounts with retention and growth.
• Commercially driven relationship building and revenue focus.
• Ability to develop and execute account plans and strategies.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per month, with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales and margin performance for your territory.
• Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer objectives.
• Achieve revenue targets through retention and increased share of wallet.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and take corrective actions as needed.
• Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Motion’s offerings.
