Qualifications

• Bachelor of Mining Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Underground hard rock mining experience and exposure to production, projects and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement business improvement initiatives with operating leaders.
• Drive process improvements to boost productivity, safety and efficiency.
• Analyse production and equipment data to find optimisation opportunities.
• Monitor underground costs and performance metrics and report findings.
• Support planning and delivery of underground infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Build relations with site stakeholders and operational teams.
