Job summary

Gold Fields Group Services (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Supervisory Projects leader to drive scope, schedule and safe delivery across underground and surface facilities. You will lead from the front, ensure robust controls, and collaborate with stakeholders to minimise disruption during shutdowns.

The role is permanent with a competitive roster and benefits, including a quarterly bonus scheme and leave provisions. Experience in similar supervisory positions is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role on mining projects.
• Understanding of permits, JHAs, risk assessments and change management.
• Strong communication, responsibility and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes, schedules and project documentation.
• Budget, forecast expenditure and assess project risks.
• Conduct field inspections and ensure critical controls are in place.
• Develop and review permits, lift plans and management of change.
• Plan shutdowns, manage SIMOPS and minimise disruption to operations.
