Job summary

Eaton Australia is seeking a Field Project Engineer to blend hands-on site delivery with engineering ownership across critical electrical infrastructure projects. You'll deliver on-site engineering, commissioning and QA, coordinating with customers, subcontractors and internal teams to keep milestones and budgets on track in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' project engineering experience within the electrical industry.
• Experience in project delivery, electrical design, installation or commissioning.
• Strong stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex situations and resolve conflict.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

What You’ll Do

As part of our project management team, you'll play a critical role in delivering customer projects safely, on time and within budget.

You Will

• Support project engineering and delivery across the project lifecycle
