Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Project Engineer to join our project management team and deliver critical electrical infrastructure projects on site. You will blend hands-on site delivery with engineering ownership, guiding installation, testing and commissioning to meet safety, quality and schedule goals.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in electrical project engineering, strong communication with stakeholders, and a qualification in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' project engineering experience within the electrical industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support project engineering and delivery across lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage electrical design documentation and technical submissions.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning and quality assurance activities.
• Support safe, compliant and high-quality site delivery.
• Work closely with customers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Resolve technical issues and develop practical engineering solutions.
• Manage priorities to keep project activities on track.

What you’ll do:

As part of our project management team,you'llplay a critical role in delivering customer projects safely, on time and within budget.

You will:

• Support project engineering and delivery across the project lifecycle
