Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Project Engineer to join our Power Quality division. You will combine hands-on site delivery with engineering ownership across critical electrical infrastructure projects.

This role involves coordinating installation, testing, commissioning and quality assurance, while working with customers, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver safely, on time and within budget. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and taking project ownership from installation through

Qualifications

• 2+ years' project engineering experience within the electrical industry.
• Experience in project delivery, electrical design, installation or commissioning.
• Strong stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex situations and resolve conflict.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

What you’ll do:

As part of our project management team, you'll play a critical role in delivering customer projects safely, on time and within budget.

What we're looking for

We're open to candidates from critical power, electrical infrastructure, data centres, utilities, industrial automation, building services or related industries.
