Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Project Engineer to deliver electrical infrastructure projects on-site, from installation through commissioning. You’ll support project lifecycle delivery, prepare design documentation and coordinate QA activities while working with customers and subcontractors to ensure safety and on-time performance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project engineering within the electrical sector, strong communication, and the ability to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' project engineering experience within the electrical industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex situations and resolve conflict.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project engineering and delivery across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage electrical design documentation and technical submissions.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning and quality assurance activities.
• Support safe, compliant and high-quality site delivery.
• Work closely with customers, subcontractors and internal teams.
