Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure Production Print service meets customer expectations.
• Perform Production Print service calls to meet KPI and customer satisfaction targets.
• Discuss problems and machine faults with customers professionally.
• Improve and maintain customer relationships for retention.
• Work with Production Print staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget.
