MCU Labour Hire is seeking a Field Operations & Workforce Coordinator for Orchard Hills, NSW. The role combines office coordination with regular client site visits to support service delivery in warehousing and labour hire.

You will train and coach crews, monitor performance, resolve on-site issues and drive improvements while ensuring client expectations are met. A driver's licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, labour hire, transport or a similar environment.
• Strong communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to address performance issues constructively.
• Practical approach and initiative to resolve problems.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Good organisation and basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Visit client warehouses to monitor service delivery and assess workforce performance.
• Build strong working relationships with client contacts and warehouse supervisors.
• Investigate complaints, resolve issues and follow through on corrective actions.
• Identify recurring problems and implement practical improvements.
• Conduct on-site training, coaching and retraining where required.
• Reinforce expectations around punctuality, reliability, productivity, communication and work standards.
• Address performance concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Provide clear updates to the National Business Development Manager on client feedback, workforce performance and operational risks.
