oOh!media is Australia’s leading Out of Home company. We are seeking an experienced Field & Infrastructure Coordinator for a 6‑month maternity leave contract based in Marsden Park, NSW.

You will support the Field Force, coordinate field jobs and installations, and act as a critical link between teams and external partners. You’ll manage tickets, scheduling, and job progress across systems, with exposure to ServiceNow, Power BI and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, scheduling, field operations, service delivery or similar environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple jobs, requests or work orders with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft 365; comfortable with ticketing and operating systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solving and independent contribution to a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track field jobs, work orders and installations.
• Receive, triage and allocate tickets and requests.
• Manage requests through ServiceNow and other systems.
• Work with Team Leaders to schedule resources and upcoming work.
• Follow up on outstanding jobs to ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain accurate information across internal databases and systems.
• Coordinate information between internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with reporting, data updates and basic analysis.
• Investigate issues and identify better ways of working.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to Field Force team.
