Altus Traffic in Cairns is seeking a hands-on Service Delivery Supervisor who can lead a field-based workforce and ensure safe, professional service delivery. You’ll work closely with field teams, scheduling and the broader Operations team to place the right people and resources where they’re needed.

You don’t need prior traffic management experience; a strong leadership mindset and ability to manage priorities are what we’re after.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or coordinating people in a field-based environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and resources.
• Strong safety and quality mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead, support and develop a field-based workforce.
• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery and priorities.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Work with Scheduling to ensure jobs are resourced.
• Maintain visible leadership across worksites.
• Support safety, quality and operational standards.
• Manage day-to-day operational issues and find practical solutions.
• Coach employees and support performance.
• Coordinate vehicles, equipment and resources.
• Assist incident investigations and follow-up actions.
• Monitor operational performance and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Cairns and Queensland Operations teams.
