Job summary

Evolution Group is seeking a Depot Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day depot activities across multiple sites in Australia. You will coordinate crews, vehicles, plant and equipment, manage client expectations and drive safe, efficient project delivery.

The role emphasises administration, recruitment support and mentoring of operational staff, with a focus on continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in the traffic management industry.
• Previous supervisory/coordination/operational management experience.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience conducting site audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and deliver service.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• A current driver’s licence.
