Job summary

oOh!media is seeking a Field Force Data & Operations Coordinator to join our Marsden Park team. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, coordinating information between internal and external stakeholders, and driving timely execution of field operations.

Ideal candidates bring experience in coordination, operations, data handling, and customer service, with familiarity in ServiceNow, Power BI, Netsuite, or vWork considered an advantage. This is an on-site role based in Marsden Park.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information between external and internal teams to ensure clarity of requirements.
• Coordinate and manage assembly information and activation in Service Now.
• Update and audit in-house bespoke data systems.
• Receive and process tickets from the 1800 hotline and email alerts.
• Process SNOW to vWork work orders.
• Ensure jobs are allocated and executed in a timely manner by field staff.
• Assist in reporting and maintaining existing reports.
• Assist the System Performance Analyst as needed.
• Schedule and plan resources with team leaders for upcoming installs or projects.

We’re looking for a Field Force Data & Operations Coordinator to join our proactive and collaborative team basedin Marsden Park

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating activities, solving problems and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll play an important role in supporting our Field Force team by ensuring information is accurate, tickets and work orders are actioned promptly, and our teams have the information they need to deliver a high standard of service across our portfolio.

You will ideally come from a coordination, operations, administration, data or customer service background and have:

• A proactive problem solver who looks for better ways of working
• Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI , Netsuite or vWork is an advantage.

Here is what you will doing

• Coordinate information between external and internal teams and stakeholdersto ensure all parties are clear in understanding what is required.
• Coordinate and manage assembly information and activation in Service Now.
• Update & audit inhouse bespoke data systems.
• Receive and process tickets incoming from the1800 hotline and email alerts
• Receive and process all SNOW to vWork work orders.
• Ensure all jobs are allocated and executive in a timely manner by field operational staff
• Assist in reporting and managing existing reports.
• Assist System Performance Analyst from time to time
• Work closely with team leaders to schedule and plan resources for upcoming installs or project
