Job summary

oOh!media is Australia’s leading Out of Home company and is seeking a Field Force Data & Operations Coordinator to join the team based in Marsden Park, Sydney. You will help keep information accurate, process tickets and work orders, and supply field staff with the data they need to deliver high-quality service across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working with systems and data.
• Proactive problem solver seeking process improvements.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, Netsuite or vWork is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information between external and internal teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements.
• Coordinate and manage assembly information and activation in Service Now.
• Update & audit inhouse bespoke data systems.
• Receive and process tickets from the 1800 hotline and email alerts.
• Receive and process all SNOW to vWork work orders.
• Ensure all jobs are allocated and executed in a timely manner by field staff.
• Assist in reporting and managing existing reports.
• Assist System Performance Analyst from time to time.
• Work closely with team leaders to schedule and plan resources for upcoming installs or projects.
