Job summary

Barry Plant Bayside is seeking a proactive Property Inspector to coordinate and complete routine inspections across Bayside and surrounding areas. You will work closely with Property Managers, leasing teams and support staff, ensuring detailed reports, clear photos and timely maintenance notes.

The role is field-based, offering variety and daily exposure to properties. You will be on the road, communicating professionally with renters and owners, and you’ll join a supportive team with ongoing

Job description

Working closely with our Property Managers, BDM, leasing team and support team, you will be responsible for coordinating and completing routine property inspections across our Bayside and surrounding areas.

Your day will include:

• Conducting routine property inspections
• Preparing clear and detailed inspection reports
• Taking property photos and documenting maintenance concerns
• Assisting with open homes
• Assisting with other out-of-office Property Management appointments as needed
• Communicating professionally with renters and rental providers
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or compliance issues
• Managing your inspection schedule and daily run
• Following up on inspection-related matters where required
• Supporting the wider Property Management and Leasing teams when needed

This is a dedicated inspection and field-based role, allowing you to focus on property inspections and appointments rather than managing a full property portfolio.
