Job summary

McGrath Estate Agents is seeking a detail-oriented Property Inspector to conduct routine inspections across Buderim, Mooloolaba and Maroochydore regions. A work car will be provided for travel between properties, and you will support the Property Management team in producing concise inspection reports.

The role involves liaising with tenants, identifying maintenance needs, and working with senior managers to ensure accurate documentation. Availability through Christmas is required.

Qualifications

• Organised, dependable and comfortable working independently
• Good attention to detail and a friendly, professional manner
• A current Queensland real estate registration certificate or real estate licence
• A current driver's licence
• Confidence using technology to complete inspection reports
• Availability to work through to Christmas
• Previous property management or inspection experience would be welcome
