Job summary

Hayeswinckle Real Estate in Geelong is seeking a Routine Inspections Manager/Field Officer to oversee property inspections across our rental portfolio. You will conduct timely inspections, capture photographs and report findings to the Property Management team to support compliant, well-presented properties.

The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and experience with mobile inspection software.

Qualifications

• Experience in routine property inspections preferred.
• Hold a current Victorian driver's license.
• Previous real estate or property management experience is valued.

• Professional, reliable and proactive
• A holder of a current Victorian driver's licence
• Previous real estate or property management experience is highly regarded, but we're also open to someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn
