Job summary

Barry Plant Ballarat is seeking a Property Manager to own a portfolio and be the go-to contact for owners and tenants, ensuring smooth operations across all tenancies.

You will conduct routine inspections, coordinate maintenance with our trades network, manage leasing, renewals and rent reviews, and monitor compliance with standards. A positive attitude and reliable vehicle help you thrive in our team.

• Agent's Representative Certificate is essential.

About the role

You'll manage your own portfolio and be the go-to person for owners and tenants, keeping things running smoothly and making every client feel looked after. Day to day, you'll:

• Build strong, trusted relationships with Rental Providers and renters
• Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
• Coordinate maintenance and work with our network of trades
• Handle leasing, renewals and rent reviews
• Monitor leasing agreements and ensure relevant compliance and standards are met
• Bring fresh ideas to how we deliver an exceptional rental experience

About you

Experience in property management is a big plus, but honestly, it's your attitude we care about most. We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Hold a current Agent's Representative Certificate (essential)
