Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to a range of users, including executives.
• Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support users face to face, by phone, and through remote tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of end-user hardware and software.
• Record and manage IT assets, incidents, service requests, and work orders in ServiceNow (preferred).
• Prioritize incoming requests based on urgency and business needs.
• Maintain accurate service records, time entries, and technical notes.
• Follow health and safety requirements in the workplace.
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed service timeframes.
