Job summary

Stryker in Sydney is seeking an Associate Territory Manager – Neurosurgical to join a high-performing team. This field-based role offers exposure to capital medical devices and surgical consumables, with opportunities to build clinical partnerships across operating theatres.

You will drive sales growth, manage relationships with clinicians and staff, demonstrate products, provide training, and support new business development, with travel across Sydney and regional NSW.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated sales experience in medical devices or related field.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to hit sales targets.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• High motivation, resilience and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market share across the Neurosurgical portfolio.
• Support new business development and manage existing customer relationships.
• Provide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and staff.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training and technical support.
• Troubleshoot product usage and provide ongoing customer support.
• Travel across Sydney with occasional trips to regional NSW every 3-4 weeks.
