Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Territory Manager to join our Sage team in Sydney, NSW. You will work across hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout Sydney and New South Wales, driving growth and improving patient outcomes with Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention solutions.

You are a hunter with a talent for building relationships with frontline clinicians through to executive decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and delivering value in a complex healthcare market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales success with targets achieved or exceeded.
• Strong business development skills to identify opportunities and grow a territory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and planning capabilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout New South Wales.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a broad range of healthcare stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of customer needs to identify opportunities for patient outcomes and growth.
• Provide product knowledge, clinical support, education and ongoing guidance.
• Identify, develop and grow new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationships.
• Support product evaluations, implementations and contract outcomes with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Consultants and Customer Service for a seamless experience.
• Maintain regular engagement through site visits, sessions, presentations and industry events.
• Develop networks across healthcare organisations with clinical and commercial stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, feedback and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
