Job summary

• Ensure services are delivered in compliance with legislation and policy
• Undertake resource planning
• Foster team development and drive performance improvement
• Assist with complex service issues and policy interpretation
• Communicate and negotiate to efficiently foster and manage key stakeholder relationships internally and externally
