Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our growing Procore AI divisions Customer Success Team. You will work directly with enterprise clients to implement, optimize, and deploy AI agents at scale, building end-to-end workflows and taking them to production.

You’ll spend significant time onsite with customers, often up to 50% or more, embedding with their teams to understand operations and deliver tangible results.

Qualifications

• Experience building solutions with LLMs and understanding of Gen AI landscape.
• Strong foundation in ML basics (evaluation, training, problem decomposition).
• Strong engineering background in CS/Math/Software Eng/Physics/ML.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Willingness to travel and operate in diverse customer environments.
• Strong, empathetic communicator who translates complex tech to real-world value.

Responsibilities

• Work in small teams or solo to own delivery of high-stakes projects with clients.
• Build LLM-powered Agentic workflows at a large scale.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and set AI strategy.
• Help customers save and make millions by implementing real-world solutions.
• Travel for field work/onsite deployments, often up to 50% or more as needed to client sites.
