Delos Data Inc is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to be embedded with a strategic customer, solving deployment and operational challenges in a production AI data center environment. You will work hands-on in GPU/XPU clusters, drive integrations, and contribute to new features with our engineering team.

You will travel as needed and collaborate with SRE and platform engineering teams to deliver robust solutions and reference architectures.

Formación

• 5+ years in a hands-on infrastructure engineering role with customer exposure.
• Proven AI data center experience deploying and operating GPU/XPU clusters with high-speed interconnects.
• Strong software problem-solving, debugging distributed systems, production-quality scripts in Python/Bash.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the dedicated technical owner for a strategic customer's production deployment.
• Work hands-on in the customer's AI data center environment, including GPU/XPU clusters and schedulers.
• Lead integration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis for production issues.
• Guide the customer through software upgrades and cluster expansions.
• Build runbooks, integration guides, and automation for the customer.
• Turn customer problems into technical requirements for new features.
• Write and test code (Python, Bash, APIs) to prototype fixes and tooling in the field.
• Contribute insights back to product and engineering and align milestones with releases.
• Support RFPs, RFIs, and proof-of-concept deployments for new customers.
