Job summary

Procore is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our AI divisions Customer Success Team in Australia. You will deliver end-to-end AI agent workflows on client sites, align AI strategy, and deploy solutions that scale with customers.

You’ll work onsite with clients, up to 50% travel, collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating complex AI concepts into tangible business value. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, field deployments, and building trusted relationships

Qualifications

• Past experience building solutions with LLMs.
• Strong foundation in machine learning basics (evaluation, training, problem decomposition).
• Strong engineering background and coding proficiency in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of high-stakes projects with clients.
• Build LLM-powered Agentic workflows at scale.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and set AI strategy.
• Help customers realize value and drive adoption of real-world solutions.
• Travel for field work/onsite deployments, often up to 50%.
