Smartgroup is seeking a field sales professional across Australia to engage customers in person, present our salary packaging, novated leasing and fleet management solutions, and drive growth. You will travel to meet clients, run events, and bring our products to life.

You’ll own your territory, plan your schedule, nurture relationships, and actively build a pipeline to exceed targets with uncapped earnings potential.

• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Ability to plan and manage own schedule and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Smartgroup in the field, delivering high-impact customer experiences and presenting products.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders to uncover opportunities and grow the business.
• Deliver personalised consultations and product education sessions for groups and individuals.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline from initial engagement to conversion.
• Plan your calendar, prioritise opportunities, and maintain momentum to meet targets.
