Job summary

Pipemakers is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Account Manager to support our customer base across NSW. This road-based role involves four days per week meeting customers, with one day in the office.

You will manage plumbing and electrical merchant accounts, build strong relationships, and identify new sales opportunities. Successful candidates will travel regularly, have strong communication skills, and be driven to meet targets while developing product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Willingness to travel regularly across NSW region.
• Self-motivated, organised and proactive approach.
• Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Current driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Plumbing and Electrical merchant accounts across Metro and Regional NSW.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
• Work towards sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Provide market feedback on pricing, product demand and competitor activity.
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to add value.
• Represent Pipemakers brand professionally in the field.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve shared goals.
