CSIRO, Australia's national science agency, is seeking a Technical Analyst to join the Sparked Australian FHIR Accelerator within the Australian e-Health Research Centre. You will provide frontline support to the Sparked community, contribute to technical analysis, testing, issue resolution, documentation, and lightweight automation.

The role offers development opportunities in digital health, HL7 FHIR, and implementation guides, with training and mentoring provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, health informatics or a related discipline.
• Experience in technical analysis, testing, technical support or software development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to document technical findings clearly.

Responsabilités

• Provide frontline support to the Sparked community via Jira Service Management, GitHub, and chat.fhir.org; triage, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters.
• Assist in development and maintenance of test data aligned with HL7 AU specifications through automation and documentation.
• Perform acceptance testing of Inferno test kit releases, analyze failures and document issues.
• Support QA and publication of implementation guides through validation and release checks.
• Create and maintain clear technical and operational documentation for Sparked tools and services.
• Provide routine operational support, including service health checks, monitoring, and reporting on availability and usage.
