Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) seeks a Technical Analyst for the Sparked Digital Health initiative. You will support digital health infrastructure across Australia, build skills in testing, automation and frontline support, and contribute to HL7 FHIR and implementation guides within CSIRO's Australian e-Health Research Centre.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, health informatics or related field.
• Experience in technical analysis, testing, or software development with problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documenting findings clearly.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, HTTP, JSON/XML and at least one scripting language and git.
• Ability to work with limited direction and manage priorities.
• Ability to work with dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Interest in digital health and willingness to learn HL7 FHIR.

Responsabilités

• Provide frontline support to the Sparked community via Jira Service Management, GitHub and chat.fhir.org, triage and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain accurate test data aligned with HL7 AU specifications through automation and documentation.
• Conduct acceptance testing of Inferno test kit releases and document issues.
• Support QA and publication of implementation guides through validation and release checks.
• Create and maintain clear technical and operational documentation for Sparked tools and services.
• Provide routine operational support including service health checks, monitoring and reporting on usage.
