CSIRO’s Australian e-Health Research Centre is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to provide technical leadership for Sparked, the Australian FHIR Accelerator. You will set architectural direction and translate complex requirements into scalable health information exchange solutions across Australia.

You'll lead design and maintenance of HL7 AU FHIR standards, implement guides and conformance resources while collaborating with government, industry and healthcare partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading the architecture, design and development of complex software systems across diverse technology, integration and deployment environments.
• Knowledge of the health domain and HL7 standards, with substantial experience applying the HL7 FHIR specification to health information exchange and interoperability solutions.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing secure, scalable and standards-based APIs and system integration solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical, business and technical requirements into practical standards-based architectures, designs and implementation guidance.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, build consensus and communicate complex concepts effectively across multidisciplinary teams, standards communities, government, industry and other stakeholder groups.

Responsabilidades

• Setting the technical and architectural direction for FHIR standards and interoperability initiatives, aligned with AEHRC, Business Unit and national digital health priorities.
• Applying advanced expertise in HL7 FHIR, health informatics, systems integration and the Australian healthcare environment to address interoperability challenges.
• Evaluating emerging technologies, standards and implementation approaches, and making evidence-based recommendations on architecture, design and direction.
• Providing authoritative advice on complex technical matters and guiding issues to an agreed outcome.
• Leading and undertaking the design, authoring and maintenance of HL7 AU FHIR standards, implementation guides, conformance resources and test suites.
• Translating clinical, business, policy and technical requirements into coherent standards-based solutions.
• Developing solution designs, system views, architecture models and technical documentation to guide implementation and refactoring.
