Job summary

Care Agency Services is seeking reliable Aged Care and Disability Support Workers to join our family-run team in the Northern Sydney area. You will support clients across in-home, supported accommodation, respite and community settings with compassionate, person-centered care.

Roles include personal care, meal prep, medication support, transportation, social companionship and respite. We tailor shifts to your experience and preferences, with ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Calm, compassionate and reliable approach to care.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Police Check within 12 months.
• First Aid & CPR.
• Driver's license with a registered, insured vehicle.

Responsibilities
