Job summary

IDEA Innovative Disability Engagement Australia in Ryde NSW is seeking a Female Support Worker to provide person-centred assistance to participants in the Ryde and Merrylands areas.

The role requires a reliable, flexible and compassionate support worker with a positive can-do attitude, confidence working independently, and previous experience supporting people with intellectual disability and complex support needs.
