Claro in Ryde is seeking a Disability Support Worker to assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and community excursions. You will support medication routines, meal preparation, and home-based tasks within an inclusive, values-driven team in Sydney’s northern suburbs.

Flexible shifts, travel allowances, training, and career growth are offered to support your development in the disability and aged care sector.

Qualificações

• Experience with disability and aged support.
• Possess relevant qualifications in disability or ageing support.
• Hold current First aid/CPR.
• Manual handling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home.
• Providing support with hygiene and personal care.
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment.
• Assisting with medication compliance.
• Meal assistance and preparation.

  The Opportunity:

  We are looking for a Disability support worker to be a part of our team in Ryde.

  You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
  • Providing support with hygiene and personal care
  • Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
  • Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
  • Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

  About you:

  • Experience with disability and aged support
  • Posses relevant qualifications in disability or ageing support
  • Hold current First aid/CPR
  • Manual handling experience

  Shifts times

  • 6:30am to 12pm Monday & Thursday
  • Additional days available once you commence.
