You may already manage a fashion store, or you're an accomplished Assistant Store Manager ready to prove you can. You'll bring commercial drive, approachable leadership and the confidence to develop 10+ people while making targets feel exciting, not intimidating.

Your responsibilities:

About you:

• Fashion retail management experience and a genuine love of selling
• Store Manager experience OR be an exceptional ASM ready to step up
• Confidence styling customers and closing sales naturally
• Strong communication, people leadership and commercial instincts
