Job summary

UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner in Maroochydore to join our Family Relationship Centre. You will contribute to assessments, case management, and support for families needing resolution under the Family Law Act, within a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Law or related discipline
• Graduate Diploma Family Dispute Resolution
• Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Federal Attorney-General’s Department
• Previous experience working in a Family Relationship Centre would be an advantage
• Current Drivers Licence
• Blue Card

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessment, case management and support of families requiring Family Dispute Resolution under the Australian Family Law Act
• Work as part of the Family Law Services Team to support dispute resolution in child-inclusive and property matters
