Job summary

UnitingCare Queensland in Woodridge is seeking a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our Family Relationship Centre team, delivering child inclusive and property dispute resolution services within the Family Law Act framework.

You will contribute to assessment, case management and client support in a collaborative, high-performing environment while upholding our commitment to vulnerable families and community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Law or related discipline
• Graduate Diploma Family Dispute Resolution
• Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Federal Attorney-General’s Department
• Previous experience working in a Family Relationship Centre would be an advantage
• Current Drivers Licence
• Blue Card
• Willingness to undergo a criminal history check

Responsibilities

• Deliver and contribute to the assessment, case management and support of families requiring Family Dispute Resolution under the Australian Family Law Act
• Work as part of the Family Law Services Team delivering child inclusive and property dispute resolution
• Support and empower clients to resolve disputes through FDR processes
