Job summary

UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner for the Maroochydore region. You will join the Family Relationship Centre team, delivering assessment, case management and dispute resolution services for families under the Australian Family Law framework.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Law or related discipline.
• Graduate Diploma Family Dispute Resolution.
• Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Federal Attorney-General’s Department.
• Previous experience in a Family Relationship Centre would be an advantage.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Blue Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and contribute to assessment, case management and support of families requiring Family Dispute Resolution.
• Work within the Family Law Services Team to support proceedings under the Australian Family Law Act.
• Provide child-inclusive and property dispute resolution services as part of the Sunshine Coast centre.
