Job summary

UnitingCare Queensland's Family Relationship Centre in Maroochydore seeks a dedicated Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our Sunshine Coast team. The role covers assessment, case management and support for families under the Family Law Act, working within a child-inclusive framework.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Law or related discipline.
• Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.
• Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Federal Attorney-General’s Department.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and contribute to assessment, case management and support of families requiring Family Dispute Resolution.
• Support child-inclusive and property matters under the Australian Family Law Act.
