Job summary

UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner for the Sunshine Coast region, joining a dedicated team in the Family Relationship Centre. You will undertake child-inclusive and property dispute resolution work, delivering assessments, case management and supportive services to families navigating family law matters.

The role requires FDR accreditation, relevant tertiary qualifications, a current Blue Card and a valid driver's licence, with permanent full-time

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Law or related discipline.
• Graduate Diploma Family Dispute Resolution.
• Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
• Current Blue Card and valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and contribute to assessment and case management.
• Support families requiring Family Dispute Resolution under the Australian Family Law Act.
• Work within child-inclusive and property dispute resolution settings.
