UnitingCare Queensland on the Sunshine Coast seeks a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join a high performing team delivering child inclusive and property dispute resolution. You will contribute to assessment, case management and support for families under the Australian Family Law Act.

The role requires a Graduate Diploma in FDR, accreditation with the Attorney‑General’s Dept, and related qualifications, with flexible work options and employee benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Law or related discipline.
• Graduate Diploma Family Dispute Resolution is required.
• Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Federal Attorney-General’s Department is required.
• Experience in a Family Relationship Centre is advantageous.
• Current DriversLicence and Blue Card.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and contribute to assessment, case management and support of families requiring Family Dispute Resolution.
• Work within the Family Law Services Team to support matters under the Australian Family Law Act.
• Join a high performing team in child inclusive and property family dispute resolution.
