Job summary

UnitingCare Queensland’s Family Relationship Centre in Maroochydore is seeking a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join a high-performing team delivering child-inclusive and property dispute resolution under the Family Law Act. This permanent full-time role focuses on assessment, case management and support for families needing FDR.

You will meet tertiary qualifications in social sciences or law, hold a Graduate Diploma in FDR and accreditation with the Attorney-General’s Department; a

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Law or related discipline.
• Graduate Diploma Family Dispute Resolution.
• Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Federal Attorney-General’s Department.
• Previous experience working in a Family Relationship Centre would be an advantage.
• Current Driver Licence.
• Blue Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and contribute to the assessment, case management and support of families requiring Family Dispute Resolution.
• Work within the Family Law Services Team to support child-inclusive and property dispute resolution.
