RSL LifeCare in Nowra, NSW, is seeking a Facility Manager to lead our 68-bed Jonathan Rogers GC House. You will oversee operational, clinical and team performance, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for residents and their families.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will drive compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, budgeting and workforce planning while fostering a positive, engaged culture and continuous improvement across the home. This is a not-for-profit organisation.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years' Facility Management experience in aged care.
• Strong clinical leadership with solid business acumen.
• Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding and accreditation.

About the role:

The Facility Manager is a key leadership position responsible for all aspects of operational, clinical and team performance at our 68-bed facility at Jonathan Rogers GC House, Nowra, NSW.

More specifically, responsibilities include:

• Leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Managing compliance, accreditation, and resident safety
• Driving financial and workforce performance aligned with Aged Care Standards
• Building a positive, engaged culture across the home
• Fostering continuous improvement and service excellence

About you:

• A minimum of 3 years' Facility Management experience within the aged care sector.
• Strong clinical leadership experience, along with a high level of business acumen.
• A solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation
• A genuine passion for resident wellbeing, quality improvement, and people development
