Job summary

RSL LifeCare Limited Nowra is seeking a Facility Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care across our aged care home. You will oversee compliance, accreditation, and resident safety, while driving financial and workforce performance in line with Aged Care Standards.

A positive culture and continuous improvement are at the heart of the role. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in facility management within aged care, strong clinical leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years Facility Management in aged care sector.
• Proven clinical leadership and business acumen.
• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation.
• Passion for resident wellbeing and quality improvement.
• Commitment to staff development and safety.

About you:

• A minimum of 3 years' Facility Management experience within the aged care sector.
• Strong clinical leadership experience, along with a high level of business acumen.
• A solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation
• A genuine passion for resident wellbeing, quality improvement, and people development
