Job summary

About You:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a practising clinician in either a hospital or Aged Care setting. Full AHPRA accreditation with unconditional provisions. Proven experience or interest in quality management, leadership, or clinical education. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork and standard of care. Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing funding outcomes.

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
